The terrible company ever. Their security guards think themselves as a police officer. I pulled over my car in a area where doesn’t block the road or cause any problem for 2 minutes. While I was sitting in the car one of the security guards stick sticker on my vehicle’s window. And there wasn’t any communication and they were like not listening and make fun of you. I spent my 45 minutes to take that sticker off, and ruined my day. Shady people!

They'll blame you and write you up for things out of your control for what others had done. No responsibility and accountability is held with this company. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. Between SOC, Managers, Supervisors, and Owners of the company there is a major gap of professionalism. I was never terminated nor did I ever quit from this company. As I said before, the communication is absolutely terrible. I got tired of making phone calls to work and no one ever responded back to me. So I gave up. NFC Tags are an absolute nuisance. They distract you from your surroundings and doing your job. Passing bystanders watch upon you and steal them off the walls or wherever they are place. They get destroyed very easily. There is absolutely no training at all for any site you are placed at. They just throw you out there and expect to learn on your own. Pay is also garbage.

Company deploys unshielded and excessively bright lights that illuminate residences and bedroom windows all hours of the night, many of which are hundreds of meters away. This is a blatant violation of county code which this company disregards. Anything to make a quick buck while providing services of little value.
