First, let me so Thank you to all of the people that cares for others out of the kindness of their hearts, not because it's their job. I spoke to a young man that was there, and found out that there is a lady that works there, who is really mean, talks down to the people who come there because they are Homeless, no support, or help with their problems, or getting them Housing... The homeless is kicked out at 7am in the morning, even when it's very cold outside. Please help these people get on their feet, and help them find a home of their own. Do it because it's your job.

Simple rules and curfew. Code blue days for the not so fortunate and lunch. Everyone has a chore everyone chips in. Only bad side is you don't know anyone at times like those.

Safe Harbor doesn't have a thrift store. There doesn't seem to be a mechanism with which to donate items, on their website; only monetary donations. Here is a list, though, of the items they do need: https://safeharborofgwc.org/wish-list/ I would suggest donating it to a local thrift store.
Depends on if ur a resident or not
11:30 to 12:30 Monday thru Saturday. During that hour, the space in front of the lunch tables is PACKED with donated food that the non-resident local people in need may take home. ALWAYS a full house for lunch. 😊
Safe Harbor is not a thrift shop.
You would have to call them. I don't know the number off hand
