Completely lost at this facility! Anyone who has a valid medical degree understands a virus can not be prevented wearing a mask. Covid Policy is out of control #1 reason to move on. #2 Customer service is horrible, many run arounds, cant get anything accomplished, really look elsewhere you would be much better with a Doctor who understands virus's.

Customer service here STINKS. Someone come and teach these people how to deal with People. Cause I think they missed that class.

Please do not waste your time going here. Dr Brown has no idea what she is doing and the staff is the exact same as her. I got tested and didn’t receive my test results for 3 weeks. She gave me prescriptions without discussing my results. They also do a horrible job with prescriptions or send prescriptions to Walgreens. I had to call the Cigna office 5 times just for them to even locate the dr visit or any notes regarding my visit. I called today and they couldn’t even find any information on what I was prescribed or the date I came to the dr office a month ago. This place is not professional and they do not provide any information

They Might have good Drs, but being on hold for over 45 minutes is lousy business. Ugh
