Todays Special
Two cancellations and 3 reschedules over 2 months of wait time for a kid's birthday gift. I wanted my experience with this business to be as those described before me, however, it was not. My appointment was re-scheduled a total of 3 times over 2 months. By the time I was given the 3rd date, I lost track. No courtesy call was given to confirm the appointment, just a call the day of asking how far out I was. I wasn't going to make it in time, I was apologetic and asked if it could be re-scheduled. Here is where I was met with complete disrespect and unprofessionalism. John, the owner, told me I could not re-schedule with the credit already purchased because people were waiting and wanted this time. Understood, because I did too. He came across annoyed, rude and here is where he started to flat out lie. I explained to him that my appointment had been changed 3 times and I lost track as I hadn't received a call to confirm, to which he replied "That's not our job, if you needed help keeping track of dates, then you should have asked." He then proceeds to tell me how it was a favor to me that they paid the trainer for those first two dates because that was on them. How so if I never received the service?? He says to me, "You didn't have to pay, right?" Why would I have to pay for a service I could not receive because your business cancelled? That made no sense to me so I asked, if the trainer was available enough so that they needed to be paid, then why were my appointments cancelled? His response was, "Because we cancelled..." I asked again and again he responded matter-of-factly, "Because we cancelled.." Period. Just as important as you feel your time is, your customer's time is important too. I should have asked for a refund after I was called TWICE and told that they couldn't make good on the services that were supposed to be available. Was that not an inconvenience to me as well? The difference here is that when the staff called to re-schedule, I was not rude or nasty. Actually, I was thanked for being so understanding. Nonetheless, my issue is that you lied John. May you find prosperity in honesty and integrity.

The volunteer at Robinson Ranch the ages are: 10 to 13 with your parent. 14 to 17 with any adult. 18 and above by yourself.
