21 out of 25 pallets of material damaged. They are the worst Freight company I have ever dealt with. These boxes clearly say do not double stack. All were double stacked. 9 of the actual pallets were broken in some way that made them useless to use a pallet jack.

They say they will call to schedule deliveries, but they either don't or don't leave a vmail to let you know they called. 800 number listed on google are disconnected.

Package handlers are at FedEx Ground which is Davidson Ln. It's about a 1/4 mi from FedEx Freight on Lambson Ln.
They have pick up stores where you can have your package shipped
