I am a fan of this library, found it while working in the area. N.E. you should be proud, this place is amazing, outside seating area, great upstairs children sections, comfortable seating areas. Business center, airy, spacious building.

Besides the kind and wonderful library employees, this is by far one of my favorite libraries in the area. The history of this particular branch is unique... Especially the meaning behind the light houses

Place was just built from the ground up. It's parking accommodates electric cars. The inside is beautiful and put together very well.

Best library in Cecil County and probably the whole state of Maryland. I like the way they designed it.

I have it on good authority that there are reference librarians but only at Elkton and Perryville.
