I am satisfied with these apartments. It isn't bad. The biggest appreciation I have is the timely maintenance response. Myron specifically is very professional and extremely polite. He respects being in our home and goes the extra mile. When he works on our appliances, he removes items and places them back neater than they were originally. After I insist it is not necessary. I only expect him to repair the items not clean up my belongings, he is happy to do so. He works hard and expects nothing in return. We truly appreciate Myron's help. I've been here almost 2 years and one of my complaints is there is only one pool that is not the biggest. I wish there were 2 pools because it gets crowded. They also threaten to shut the pool down when other residents don't follow rules. After being shut down for maybe 6 months? It is very unfortunate because there are other ways to accommodate those that follow rules and want to use the amenities we pay for. The e-mail states that amenities is not apart of rent but when we moved in, we intentionally picked a complex with a pool....and are willing to pay for that. How about use our extra $265 increase to pay for security so we are able to enjoy our little pool? That is one suggestion I have. One other issue is the security is shared so our complex does not have surveillance 24/7 or even fully through out the night. I watch them drive around once for a couple minutes and our gone. I forgot we had security. Especially after our car was broken into twice. Nothing important was in our car but it felt invasive. Unfortunately, my Fiancé complained about it to Victor and he said he had an attitude as if there is nothing that can be done besides filing a police report. This is not the first time Victor was rude and had an attitude with my fiancé. We expect empathy and consideration for an issue as big as our safety and protection for our belongings. It is not a good representation of this company. Victor wanted nothing to do with it nor did he care. The ladies Vanessa and Marisol are pleasant. We don't interact much with the office besides the breaking into our car.

I would give this place a zero if I can. This place would not even bother to get up or invite us to sit down to look at apartments. They automatically said they are all full and they wouldn’t have anything until august. (He did this all without looking at a paper or at a computer). He probably made it all up. He just discriminated us and said the apartments that we want would be to small for us. I don’t recommend this apartment complex at all. Don’t go here

Victor will accept your package without notifying the resident that he received the package. Then when you ask about the package he has a bad attitude. Besides UPS package notification, Ascent at Silverado is a great community for individuals and families. I feel safe going to my car and throwing out trash late in the evening. Residents are friendly and respectful. My neighbors will often smile and greet me when we walk past each other. Work orders are completed in a timely manner.

If you have kids, I repeat do not move here. Apartments are made so cheap, the floors and walls are terrible, you hear Spencer traffic through the whole community. The office cares less about the well being of the renters. High turn over. I’ve never been scared in this area. Living in this community has made me want to move far away from this place. I will say maintenance is good at responding to requests, but that’s all I can really say that’s good about this complex. Oh and the rats around here are like I’ve never seen before. I’ve lived in lv for over 12 years. It’s a real problem, you’ll see rat catchers all through this place. And yes the rats come up to the second floor balconies.
