Since moving here April 9th 2022 I have wanted to move away. The neighbors dog park every morning. Waking Me up hours before my 12 hour shift. I have recorded, complained o still nothing was changed. I would hate to handle this personally but I will. This complex is very unpleasant to live in especially in building 11!!! I hate it and want to move ASAP!!!

The Office staff are amazing and super helpful. The place is quiet for the most part and the newly renovated apartments look great.

Very shady practice! Applied online and got a call from one of the ladies in the office and said my app was pending due to rental verification and they needed the info. Supplied the info which was my brother because that’s who I’ve been paying rent to for 2 years and she said they needed a unbiased rental verification well I dont know what to say that’s where I’ve been for two years. Candace ended up saying supply my brothers email as she should email him the rental verification. Days went by I called no answer I emailed no answer so I had to take off work to show up just for her to say she emailed and faxed him ( which she didn’t) and that I was denied because of that! When I called her out on it and said I checked his email she then stated well it’s also because it was your brother. So what was the whole point of saying that you would email him but never even ATTEMPT to reach out to him? They really have some nerve to scrutinize people when they have the most questionable tenants there. I honestly only applied because I needed a cheap place to stay a few months before I transferred to Texas to a brand new rental home never lived in and no rental verification needed!

I moved here 6 months ago from NYC. Big move,kinda nervous....Gloria in the office is absolutely amazing,she made me feel at ease and took care of everything on this end before I got here. She couldn't have been any nicer. The complex is kept very very clean,I see the guys out there everyday sweeping and picking up any trash that happens to be there. The pool is great,very quiet neighbors,plenty of safe parking. No bugs,no roaches at all! Maintenance is amazing,my microwave died,I went to the office around 4 pm,told Gloria. Went to work the next morning,came home at 3 pm and had a new microwave installed already...not even 24 hours...that is awesome Keep up the great job. I love it here!
