Do not settle for this place! Someone was stabbed here a while back and since then they just rebranded the name from Indian Hills to Artisan Apartments to cover it up. The water ALWAYS gets shut off with barely any notice and what they do is email you in the middle of the night that the water will be off from 8am-5pm the next day. PEOPLE HAVE TO GET READY FOR WORK! “Management” always has an attitude, so good luck bringing any concerns to their attention. They raised the prices so they can push people out and renovate but they can’t even keep the water in the complex on. NOT WORTH IT, I’m moving soon after only one year. Thank god and if I can help prevent anyone from moving here and experiencing this awful place I’m happy to leave the review. It’s no surprise that they already only have 2 stars

The rent is going up for these “luxury” apartments, but, the amenities aren't accessible, the appliances are old and reused, there is access to anyone that wants to walk in, (the homeless) is constantly pulling up the irrigation, the security sleeps on the job, and the office workers show no care for the residence. Why are they raising the rent?

The heavy set woman is very rude this make the second time I had an issue with her. If it consist of her getting up or walking she gives attitude. I pay my rent so I have a right to ask a question and get a respectable response.

Not a bad place to live, we have been here for about a year and they have been nothing but professional and I would recommend the property. It’s big !! Around 650 units, they have they’re own Amazon Hub for packages. Carolina showed us the unit and was super nice, I’ve dealt with her a couple times and Melissa too both very professional and easy to work with. Shopping near by is Abundant and there’s food everywhere, 5 mins from the strip so this place is pretty hard to beat. A bit pricer then some near by apartments but they make up for with some really nice units. So that’s it, that’s my review so if you didn’t know now you know !!

Questions & Answers

Looking at photos, is the kitchen set-up as poor as it looks? It appears that you have to open the fridge to load the dishwasher in 2bed/2bath apartments? Can any current tenants comment on this?

You absolutely have to or scoot the fridge so its blocking that hallway. It is redicilous.

Standard apartment. One assigned covered per unit. Plentiful parking at most any hour however convenience to your actual door is questionable
