This is the absolute worst apartment I've ever lived in. When we first moved in, the manager Susan banned myself and my sisters from the leasing office for asking when THEY will complete the maintanence work that was building up for MONTHS. I'm trying to move out and they say that since there was no notice given, we're going to be billed for 2 additional months. Sorry, but the state of nevada does not require a move out notice for yearly leases. When I called to go over my last bill, I was told that my balance was almost $1,000 more than what was displayed on the website, and then was told I can't see it because when your balance is over a certain amount the portal locks you out, I mean who does that?? How do you expect me to pay but I don't know the correct amount? There is no form of communication at all, my lease has been coming to an end and yet there has been nothing from the office, not even a paper on the door asking if I plan on resigning my lease, which is what complexes usually do. This has honestly been the worst year for me because of these apartments, please do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.

I didn't even get a chance to see if the neg. reviews ae true or not.. I went the bloom webpage yesterday and called the number to get info and ended up making an appointment to view one of there apartments. the appointment was for 330 today. When i arrived the lady i called in the office to see the apartment was extremely rude. informed me that because i didn't call her directly there was no appointment... I don't think there interested in actually renting their apartments. They expectation that i call the lady in the office directly should be noted on the webpage and the number to do so. You get 1 star for the time off i took to do this. the waste of time and the complete unprofessionalism ....

Been here since January. Very nice office staff. Haven't had any issues with repairs. When I first moved here the maintenance team wasn't very good. New guys they hired doing a great job.

Moved in here on April 18TH the air conditioner and dishwasher do not work. Today is May 2 and someone was supposed to come today but no one has come. I was patient but it’s been two weeks I’ve been UNCOMFORTABLE yet the property manager doesn’t seem to care if we have an enjoyable move in experience. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with ever. Devra is the only person who cares about people and is extremely hard working. She’s been so amazing.
