It's amateur hour every day at this place. Called to set an appointment to have a tooth pulled (about 6 weeks out), when I asked the scheduler if the tooth would be pulled that day she said "it would all be taken care of". Go in the day of my appointment and all I get are bitwings and a look over; not to mention, the scheduler forgets to return my driver's license and I have to drive back from another appointment on the other side of the city to get it. I manage to get the pulling scheduled two days later. I think I'm in good hands: the dentist looks seasoned and is clearly not a student. Well, 4 days following the extraction, despite following the post op instructions to a science, my jaw has swollen to the size of a softball. I return on a Monday (their office hours are supposed to be Monday-Thursday) and I'm told they're closed and I need to return the following day. I call the 24 line and speak with the operator, who proceeds to transfer me to the clinic I was just at. Despite the fact that I said to her I was just there and that the dental side was closed, she asserted they were not. Avoid this useless and frustrating experience if you can.
Another One
If they could possibly find a doctor that LISTENS to where you're not jumping hoops for medication THEY prescribed, that would be great. They also stroll in 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appt time and rush you through the visit. The nurses that check you in are a lot more attentive!

I have read the reviews on this sight and I had to say first of all these people are here to help you, as much as they can they are a income base doctors office. I’m not sure what most of you are hoping for? They are not rude their very busy I have been going their for 3 years. I am white and never felt that they were being racist to me or my family that go here. They do the best they can.

Front desk staff for the dental side is awesome, but the lady for the medical side is actively rude. Witnessed her make a homeless man, who told her repeatedly that he needed to get to work, wait for over 30 minutes to speak to her when there was no one in line. They do NOT answer their phone or return phone calls, period. Existing members have the 'option' of scheduling appointments on the patient portal, which will result in a number from Texas calling you back, only to tell you you have to talk to the clinic to schedule. VERY FRUSTRATING.
