We had a small gas leak from our insert. Jacob resolved the issue in a very professional and courteous manner. He also went the extra mile by dusting out the insides, cleaning the glass and touching up the black paint on insert cover.

Too bad a company founded by a hard working generation can be destroyed by the stupidity of the family. If this is what you want showing up and in you house go ahead and hire them but I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Our store opens at 10am general policy is that all employees have masks on when a customer is in the store. If you happen to come in while no customers are in because we are so spread out in our big building we do allow them to breath without their mask when we can. If you show up with out a mask we have masks and hand sanitizer available for guests.

Typically our average service calls are a little bit lower in price but a lot of it has to do with parts needed and the distance from Kansas City Missouri. With your situation you were pretty far north of us. If there is anything else we can help with please let us know!
