the 800 number is a general usps support number, the number on the website is out of service
Our mail guy refuses to walk a package to my door that is 2 houses down from my mailbox. He puts a stupid sign and writes all over it telling me I need to rebook and leave peach form in mailbox. I did. He didn't bother to take the firm or mail that wasn't ours. I'm so mad. I can't get ahold of anyone. This is why he does what he does.
I called 800 number last week just to talk to this office and the hold time was 50 -80 min!!!
