After several packages got returned to sender I asked to speak with the manager who informed me she does not have her drivers attempt to deliver to apartments if a signature is required. No one will have pity for these lazy and rude employees when they're finally totally replaced with services like UPS and FEDEX.

This is the best post office I've ever been too! Dee is a rock star, and most of the other employees are good too.

If I could add less than one star I would. I have been trying to track a package for over 2 weeks with no update except for the post office telling me it may have been lost but they have no idea. I am out over $200 because of the careless and incompetence by the post office. This is a horrible organization and minimum skilled employees that couldn’t care less about their jobs.

Worst Post Office in the history of the universe ... I avoid it at all costs !!

the 800 number is a general usps support number, the number on the website is out of service
Passport Office is open 10 am to 3 PM Mon thru Friday. Saturday from 9 am to 1 PM. Appointments can be made at usps.com locations 301 E. Boardwalk Drive. If you can't make an appt on line that time slot is taken. Best days to walk in Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays longer wait as appointments are usually fully booked. Mondays are fairly busy as well. You can find information on requirements and forms online at travel.state.gov. Photos are available as well at this location.
Never, they never answer their phone
They do
Yes you can check the status in person
You should have 24 hour access to a PO Box
Would try 301 E Boardwalk Dr Fort Collins. Or the one on olive and house. Boardwalk is open later than the on in old town
Yes, the self service kiosk is 24/7.
Were you using a cellular phobe or land line? Technical problems happen sometimes fastest service is probably showing up at the post office
Yes we do, there are two of them in the hall with the p.o boxs.
You can call the post office and speak to your carriers supervisor. As long as you have the tracking numbers for your packages, they can pinpoint the exact location that your packages were delivered to. I would also check the other parcel locker just in case the carrier locked the wrong one. I hope you are able to locate your packages.
That should be ok. What they will do is put in a request to change the lock and when it is done the person will give you the key.
Right now I'm not sure you can go to USPS.com and check
Sorry, that came up for Sierra Trading Post on my phone, weird. Not sure abt the post office ☹
If it does not have a building number your carrier might know you and will still deliver.
Yes
Go to the Post office that delivers your mail. You will need to show proof of id and lease/deed of residence.
It depends on where you dropped it off. The mail is picked up and sent to a processing facility in Denver. The mail is not gone through manually it will go through a cancelling machine and if there is no address it will go to a bin called dead mail. It is the. Sent to Atlanta Ga to the mail recovery center.
You can change it online with a credit or debit card on your name it costs $1.00 or come in and fill out the form for free. Online its usps.com. dont pay more than a dollar.pr you are at a scam web site. You can't change it over the phone.
The insurance price depends on how much insurance you want. There are flat rate prices for $50, $100, ect. If you want a large amount of money on it i believe you have to declare what it is and it's value.
If you have a tracking number is the only way
You go into the office and rent one
