Showed up on Tuesday only to find out I had registered with the Buick repair instead of the Honda. I had signed up on line but one would think the Buick guys would have thought it strange that someone wanted to get their Honda serviced there. Since I was there I asked that they wash the car. 45 minutes later the car was washed. - a little long for the car wash. anyway I rescheduled the service with the Honda guys. that went well. The car was serviced but once serviced they sent it to the carwash. Another 45 minute wait for that to happen. If car washes are always that slow it would be nice if they let the customer know and I would have just gone to a regular car wash and saved a half hour per wash. Other than that they serviced the car well.

The service at Markley has been top notch in our first 6 months of experience with them. Our service advisor, Scott is a great representative of the dealership and the auto industry as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable and gracious. (and it's just bonus that he's a fellow ex-Chicagoan).
