I waited 2 months for an appointment but what they don’t tell you on the phone is your appointment is just a drop off I waited for 4 hours before they even touched my car when I called for an update they were barley on the oil change and it was still going to be another 45 minutes by that time it was already 5 hrs and they still hadn’t checked my brakes like I requested just the oil change at that point i pulled out my car because the man said “they hoped to get it to me by the end of the day” I dropped it off at 9:30 AM and i was not informed my car could possibly be in all day and I wouldn’t have even made the appt bc I need my car daily in total i waited 5 hrs for just an oil change.

Talked with Joel about coming in to look at new trucks and we agreed on a time for an appointment. When I got to the dealership he took the time to find the perfect truck with the options I needed. The finance team explored financing options for me and got me a great rate with a local lender. This dealership has streamlined the process of buying a car or truck to less than 2-2.5 hours.
