Terrible. Absolutely Terrible. They randomly choose policies to enforce and not enforce, they take advantage of being open late but it’s not worth the risk. Go somewhere that has professionals, or at least adults working there, because it actually matters to people that go there. The DRC in town has grown ups working and you won’t end up fearing revocation because the staff arbitrarily decides to enforce random (unheard of, not posted or even reasonable) rules and then decides to not let you submit. Having worked for defense attorneys in the area, this is a common complaint but not something I witnessed until I had to deal with a family matter. This is something I witnessed while i waited in line here to ask a question about a private test for my daughter. The female staff member (she said her name was “Shauna” and has tattoos everywhere, including her neck (i have numerous tattoos as well, so don’t get me wrong, this is just a description) was rude, bordering on cruel. It appeared to be a lose/lose/lose for the “customer” who left in actual tears...
