Around 10 am I think. I've never gone shopping that early so I'm guessing.
Do not think there is an eyeglass place there. I go to Warby Parker, terrific group of stores, mainly Manhattan, incredibly terrific services, guarantee and prices. I've given up on other eyeglass places. Also good to support local businesses of course. I've also done Warby Parker both in person and also ordered online. Check them out. I don't work for them, just a loyal happy customer.
