This has been my go-to corporate owned store since way back in the early 2000's. While most staff has turned over multiple times, I am always happy to see one familiar face - Cecilia. They always take care of any questions or concerns and are knowledgeable.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in AT&T I was helped by john. He was incredibly rude, he barely answered any of my questions or explained anything. Even when I asked him how much the phone would be per month he told me he clicked right by that and than told me a number that was completely incorrect than what was reflected on the email I received after I left. He added the 6 dollars per month for me to pay for a new upgrade quicker that I did not ask for. and now when I called at&t they said I have to wait till next month to dispute the issue. When I told him I didn't want insurance on the phone he responded and blew me off and said idk if I could do that and I know that is a false statement. He never explained how im suppose to trade my phone in and while I was turning on the device and after I paid he went in the back because either his shift was over or it was his break because he never came back out after I sat there for 15 minutes. which is horrible customer service not to mention the entire time he was one his own phone and constantly looking for his phone because he was clearly more concerned with his own phone and conversation than explaining or being helpful. Most of the time I was there I tried to let it go and assume he was just having a bad day but hearing his coworker help another customer as I left really showed me how terrible my experience was and going forward only confirmed me transferring to another phone company
