DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going to COCO for over two years, often with my adult daughter. I always leave a generous tip. Last few times the service had declined, but what I experienced last week was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Upon completion of rushed services for my daughter and I (where the manicurist CUT me and I bled for at least five minutes--I have been getting manicures for 30 years and this has never happened!) the front desk manager asked my daughter to give HER the tips and she would split them between her manicurist and pedicurist (AGAIN, never have I experienced this!) she counted it out in front of us and told us it wasn't enough! I gave my daughter more money saying I didn't realize she had two service people. I was appalled! Who in the service industry tells a customer their tip is not enough after counting it in front of them! After that, I gave my manicurist (WHO CUT ME) her tip ( it was small--I was dissatisfied with the injury and the way they treated my daughter) and the desk manager called my name as we were leaving and told me I didn't leave enough! She then took out a a calculator and told me what 18% should be on my bill! My daughter replied "My mother is still bleeding!" and we left. We will never return, obviously. DO NOT go here!

Had an appointment for a pedicure. Was put in a pedicure chair and left there while people who came in after me were being serviced. After a while someone came to do my pedicure. Very, very rushed- done in 10 minutes. My feet are red and sore. Will never go there again. If you don’t have enough people working don’t overbook appointments.

This salon has an unfriendly and combative atmosphere created by Sarah and the other woman who schedules appointments. I brought my mother here who is elderly for a manicure which was done by Cindy. On our first visit we were not greeted upon entering and not acknowledged when leaving by the cold and ill-natured ladies at the front. Despite this experience my mother was happy with the service she received from Cindy and I booked another appointment specifically requesting her for our next visit. When we arrived at the next visit and asked for Cindy we were told she has to be requested despite having already requesting her. One of the ladies quipped “you must make requests” even though I had. When I booked our next appointment Sarah emphatically declared that I did not ask for Cindy when I booked with her last time. She was thoroughly pugnacious unapologetic and gave me nasty looks as I was leaving the salon. The service here is decent but the attitude and energy of the ladies at the reception desk is disconcerting. Both of the women have very arrogant dispositions that undermine what should be a relaxing and pleasurable experience. I do not recommend coming here.
