Always a long line. Makes it difficult for senior citizens to make their banking transactions. Senior citizens do not trust online transactions. Also they don’t notify customers when changes are made. Terrible customer service.

Customer service has deteriorated significantly in recent times. Most branches are closed. The only branch which is working in Westchester is at Scarsdale, and it too has closed all teller counters except one, even though several people are waiting in a line.

Horrible! There is no drive thru window and there is ALWAYS a line that takes forever. It shouldn't take 20 mins for a simple deposit. The phone app never works either. Today the line is literally out the door! I'm done. Switching banks today. I already moved three investment accounts. Today...moving four more.
