Below 1 STAR if I could. Don't bother calling them during businesses hours. These people still think it’s COVID times and are never working. Emails aren’t any better. Can takes days for a response. Not to mention if you send an email and don't get a response in three days they tell you it’s YOUR responsibility to contact them again. What a joke.I’m trying to pay my ticket. If you don’t want my money just tell me. I’ll gladly refrain from paying. Bunch of Donkeys

Im trying to give you my money, let’s get it going. Waited almost an hour before the clerk came out and it’s me and one other person waiting….get it together foco we know you aren’t hurting on tax money

They won’t take payment over the phone ben though it says I can pay over the phone on my ticket. They make you wait 30+ to just pay a fine. Do you guys want my money or not?? I have a half hour lunch to pay this fine but they’re making it impossible. I’m assuming they are trying to rack up a good late fee on me.

Considering that I was there for court it was not a bad experience. Security was very efficient and the system used to get us all taken care of was explained well and followed. Bernadette Felix was my probation officer and she was amazing!

If you can't get ahold of anyone when you call gunna have to go up.. there in person...and chk in person...on a kiosk..n Wait for name to be called... good LUKK to You.. hope that helps you out...
I still had court in person last week
The clerks office (front entrance) is open for walk ins during the day and will be able to help point you in the right direction. If you have a summons or need to talk to the city attorney about a ticket, they should be able to facilitate that also. Court is in session Mondays so there shouldnt be any issue getting everything sorted out.
It depends if it was written into municipal or county court. If its municipal, go to 215 N. Mason, Municipal Court Clerk and they'll either talk you through it or have you talk to the prosecutor
Nope
