I have driven my new 2023 Crosstrek Limited for almost about two months, and I am so satisfied having gone through Dellenbach to purchase. I worked with Chris Taylor who was recommended to me by a friend, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. Ordering a new vehicle was so much easier than I had ever thought posssible, the only downside was the wait! Chris was happy to provide updates as I waited for my car to arrive, and when it did, it was everything that I could have hoped for. Everyone at Subaru was great to work with and they made the car buying process easy and non-intimidating for a first-time brand new car buyer. Thanks Chris and all!

My daughter goes to CSU so I had her make an appointment here. She explained her problems and NOTHING was solved or done even though we got charged. My daughter just went with her friend today to fix a key issue. They turned in the car they said it would be 45 minutes and hour and half LATER the girls went to check. The girl was really rude to them and said let me go check. They came back and said they ordered the wrong part. Time wasted this shouldn't happen! I prefer the Glenwood Springs dealership 100%!! Terrible services here.

I traded my 2012 Outback for a 2015 Forester 3 years ago. The sales department was surprisingly great. Since the dealership offers synthetic oil at the same price of regular oil if you purchased your car there, I traveled every 6 months to have the car serviced. About two years ago, they rotated the tires and the lug nuts weren’t tightened. When I called to let them know they apologized, said the technician who worked on my car was no longer there, and offered two free oil changes. I assumed it was a fluke. Fast forward to now. My almost 3 year old car - with less than 30,000 miles- is due for an oil change in another month or two, but getting ready for a road trip we check the fluids. The oil level is below the range it should be in. And it’s filthy. Black. I don’t think they even changed it last time I paid them to perform that service. I’m grateful we double checked before the engine burned up. Watch your back if you use their service department and double check everything! If no stars was an option that is what I would rate them. I'm not exactly sure but if you're looking for a new Subaru I would definitely think about Greeley their customer service are was awesome. I had a little bit of difficult with communication from dallenbach so I actually took my business elsewhere.
Warranty on all new bought and leased vehicles at no additional cost. Can purchase additional service plans as well as an extended warranty.
