Set up an appointment several weeks ago online, when I arrived I was told that I could not wait and I needed to reschedule because the diagnostic and potential repairs would take longer than me staying at the facility. Waited the 2+ weeks, Dropped off vehicle and after six hours had to call in and find out the update. I was informed that everything was completed and that they could not remanufacture the errors that I was seeing, there was no sound that could be replicated to make the belt screech sound, and they did not hear the clicking noise that I experience through drive-through‘s. One minute after leaving, the auto-Stop turned on and the belt screech is still there. Finally, the service adaptive cruise light came on between 3-5miles of driving. Nothing was fixed and we were without a vehicle for a majority of the day. I left a message on Wednesday, October 12 with David letting them know that nothing had changed in my displeasure, I have not received a phone call back as I fill out the survey on October 13 at 7:30 AM

I made an appointment on line. Showed up on time and was told they could not get me in and that the on line system was only for routine items. It does not indicate that on the site. Called and made an appointment. Showed up on time. My vehicle did not get into the garage for repair until two days later. Why did I even need the appointment? The repair found that I needed an entirely new set of brakes. Rotors, pads etc. on a truck with only 30k miles on it? $2000 and not covered under warranty. Some warranty work was done and I was told I was very lucky you had the part that has been back ordered frequently. I finally got my truck back after another day. 4 days and two trips into town. Not happy with the dealership and not happy with Chevy.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. I spent over $500 and Dellenbach didn't even run the vehicle through the car wash. When I asked about a wash, I was told I had to request a car wash. That is just pathetic.

Covid safety practices are average here and generally made us feel comfortable. We were greeted outside by a masked salesperson before we entered and the sales people are not able to go on the test drive with you. The rest of the process is basically the same as normal, but everyone has to wear a mask.
If you are asking about dellenbach, it's a great place. Really good customer service.
Parts came in on time and the parts department personnel very helpful. You have a customer for life. Keep up the good work.
