This place is the best! Alive has been a home to me for many years now, and not only the weight room full of everything you need (minus a shrug machine ♥️) but the staff is amazing. They are all personable and keep the place spotless… Jaymie, Lydia, DeVante, Austin, Slaid, and Anna are all fantastic at what they do, and they are a big part of the reason why I don’t move to a closer gym. I was looking at other spots nearby and none of them felt like the family I’ve built at Alive. Thanks for all the gains and comradely family!!

This is a really nice gym. Lots of weights, plenty of squat racks, any cardio or weight machine you could want. And super clean!

Alive does not, but Raintree Athletic Club across the road has one and you can get a membership package for both locations!
