Dogs are allowed on a 6 ft leash except on the beach.

I've seen dogs. On the other side of the lake, Lake Lansing Park North is definitely pet friendly.

No.Dogs are not allowed. I think Hawk Island Park has dog park. I recommend Googling Lansing Parks.
