The manager told my good friend that he had to get rid of his ferret after they said it was fine, but for some reason they are fine with every other kind of pet. He’s been there almost 3 years, never been late on rent, been nothing but a solid resident and stand up individual. For them to be as disrespectful to someone like him is insane. He works with dementia patients over 50 hours a week and comes home exhausted and has to deal with these disgusting individuals. The manager is a real piece of work and I don’t mean that in a good way. Don’t rent here. Terrible manager and infested with mice.

The buildings are nice and the apartments are nice. But whomever is the general manager is easily the rudest person I've ever spoken with on the phone. We will not be renewing our lease and I will be happily telling everyone I'm friends with in the leasing world and reality world about the way I was treated by the manager. Also the men's locker room smells like decaying flesh, might wanna get that checked out

NOTE: ALLOWS SMOKING I had nothing but a great experience here until earlier this year when I got a new neighbor who smokes cigarettes indoors from 8am to 8pm. I shared a wall with them, the same that had my kitchen cabinets, and my food would carry the smell/taste. The smell was constant and heavy, it was miserable. In addition, my entire apartment stank of smoke. I had 2 air purifiers but nothing would make the smell go away. Also, my dog is allergic to tobacco so I had to spend around $400-600 on vet bills and medications. After reaching out to leasing, my building's tenants were told that if it continued to be a problem it would become a lease violation. However, weeks later, I found out that since the lease didn't claim the complex was non-smoking, I was told there is nothing they could do. That said, I appreciate that they allowed me to terminate my lease early and without penalty.

Corrin Coffman is the main reason why I’m here. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that Nemoke feels like home. She is seriously the person that you can reach out too about everything and anything and she will be there to help you in a heart beat! Chris, Sam, and Meghan are also super amazing to work with! (Meghan always has the good candy)
