I love this place. The management here is really excellent. They’re responsive and kind and helpful. Recently my friend’s car was towed after she parked in the main lot when she came to visit for a movie night, not knowing she needed a guest pass. After talking to the property manager, she was able to contact the towing company and they released the car for free. Additionally, I love the location. The maintenance team is really responsive, they some really nice amenities like a pool, and grill area and a dog park, and it’s right in front of south table mountain which is great for hiking and running. Can’t recommend this complex enough!

Lived here a few years ago and it’s a great location and has good amenities for the price. Good neighbors overall and although I had lots of different management while living there, some better than others, the CURRENT ones were very helpful to me as a past tenant needing something from them and I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled it.

Love Fox Hill! The location is ideal for anyone looking for a nice, relaxed, neighborhood on the quieter side. There are hiking trails right behind the complex which are good for a small or daily hike. The staff communicate well with the residents and the neighbors are friendly. The common spaces like the pool, the outdoor fire pit, grill, and lounge area, as well as the dog park are well kept and great places to relax and/or bring guests. Fox Hill feels like home!
