I came in on a Tuesday at 11am and there were 8 cars in front of me. There were 2 lanes open and I had a vin verification and an emissions test done for my out of state vehicle. The process was quick and the team was friendly. I was out by 11:30

This location is so much better than Arvada.

First time using this service. Fast, friendly, efficient.

The worst experience I have had with emissions testing my car. They drove 6 miles on the dyno and stalled the car 4 times! And when pulling the car out left it half way in and out so the technician had to squeeze by to get back inside and scratched my paint with his zippers. Due to car troubles I’ve taken emissions many times and this was by far the worst experience.

Yes, we do! If you need an inspection as well, you can do both at the same time, or if you need only the VIN verification, please go to the office, do not get in line for an inspection. The cost is $20.
If car is tested how long is the test good for to sell car
No, no appointments are necessary or taken. Air Care Colorado works on a first-come-first-served basis. It is best to test in the middle of the month if possible. The last week of each month is the busiest.
I just drove up told them need emission test for tags and they were done in 15mins
Yes Aircare Colorado does emissions test on Gasoline engine RV's
Vehicles 2012 and newer don't require an emissions test. 2005 to 2011 require an OBD test. 2005 and older requires an IM240 drive test. Emissions test is $25 A VIN VERIFICATION is $25
We went at 3pm on a Tuesday, took about 40min total including waiting in line to drive in. That seemed like a good time frame
Emissions is $25 and vin verification is $25
All emissions are $25 Should your vehicle fail you have 10 days to fix the issue and retest for free. After 10 days another $25 test charge will need to be paid. Vin verifications are good for 90 days. If you need a new one they cost $20
You don't need any paperwork, just make sure the check engine light is off on the vehicle
Check online for wait times
No
7:30am-9:30am and 11:30am-1:00pm but around a holiday and/or end of the month will make the entire day more busy
We're closed on 25th and the 1st
It should be $25 unless your vehicle was manufactured before 1981.
You have 10 calendar days to return for a free reinspection.
No
About 15 minutes. You can check wait times at www.aircarecolorado.com. The times update every 10 minutes.
Just fyi, don't bother showing up if your check-engine light is on. Go to a mechanic.
I agree with Tom. Will not pass with a code showing.
No. I work for Air Care. We do not test diesel anything
