Vehicles 2012 and newer don't require an emissions test. 2005 to 2011 require an OBD test. 2005 and older requires an IM240 drive test. Emissions test is $25 A VIN VERIFICATION is $25

Just did mine today. 2019 crv. 25 for emissions. And 25 for VIN..

$25.00 for emissions. Registration depends on the vehicle you have to put plates on.
