Staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered at any pharmacy. They even give out complimentary water!!

Unprofessional, twice I've had meds filled and twice I've been refused information on medication and fillers. I'm paying a premium for thyroid medication I should be treated with respect and they could be professional at least. Update... I had to change pharmacies. The last time I tried to get meds they said they couldn't fill the prescription for at least a week past when I would be out. Since they filled the prescription they also knew when it would run out. They just don't care. Ordered from a pharmacy that ships and could fill my prescription when needed. ** it took 2 years to respond to my 1st review. Take that as a sign.

Cute place, friendly receptionist, but our Drs office put the order in on Fri the tenth said spoke to them they were working on it, I called and had to put the order in again on Tuesday the 14th with her on the phone for a refill, she said ready tomorrow I said oh I probably won't make it down there until Friday just called today Fri, and they're not even ready. I planned my day around this so very inconvenient.

We know how important it is to have your medications. Before we even start compounding a medication we call all of our patients when we receive a new prescription for them. This allows you as a patient to have some peace of mind and our pharmacists the ability to discuss pricing, questions, or any concerns you may have about your newly prescribed compounded medication.
It typically takes our talented technicians 24-48 hours to have a product compounded and ready to pick up.
Coast to Coast Compounding can arrange deliver of your prescription to you in Colorado or in the states where we hold a pharmacy license, with a small shipping fee. We are expanding our services to other states, please contact the pharmacy to inquire about which states we are able to dispense prescriptions.
Our customer care specialists and pharmacists are available in office or by phone Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Prescription compounding has been part of healthcare since the origins of pharmacy, and is widely used today in all areas of the industry, from hospitals to nuclear medicine. Over the last decade, compoundingβs resurgence has largely benefited from advances in technology, quality control and research methodology. The Food and Drug Administration has agreed that compounded prescriptions are both ethical and legal as long as they are prescribed by a licensed practitioner for a specific patient and compounded by a licensed pharmacy. In addition, compounding is regulated by state boards of pharmacy and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
If this is your first time using a compounding pharmacy, you probably have many questions. We are available to answer your questions individually, but below are some of the most frequently asked questions.
Almost any kind of prescription can be compounded. Compounded prescriptions are ideal for any patient requiring unique dosages and/or delivery devices, which can take the form of solutions, suppositories, sprays, oral rinses, or lollipops. Compounding applications can include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, veterinary, pediatric, dental, otic, dermatology, medication flavoring, chronic pain management, neuropathies, sports medicine, infertility, wound therapy, podiatry, and gastroenterology.
Compounding is a specialized pharmacy practice allowing physicians, nurse practitioners, veterinarians, dentists, and other health care professionals to prescribe uniquely formulated medications. Medications aren't one size fits all and this method allows the compounding pharmacist to work with both the patient and the prescriber in order to create a customized medication to help meet a patientβs specific needs. Prescriptions can be customized to provide unique doses, dosage forms, and custom flavored preparations for both humans and animals alike. For example, if someone canβt tolerate taking a medication by mouth because they have been experiencing nausea or vomiting, we can compound a specialized form of the medication to bypass this issue. The medication could be made into a transdermal form to be placed on the skin where it can be absorbed.
