My band "PushPlay" was there yesterday, Saturday 9/17/22 to entertain for a wedding party...the entire staff treated us unspeakably great! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we departed!!

Disappointing new server was clearly not trained or did not chose to really embrace the position. We were visiting from out of town and originally went into the adjoining pizza shop by mistake. It is a real shame that these two businesses do not collaborate. My group wanted brewery beer but also the authentic pizza of the neighboring shop. We were told we could not bring a pizza over and eat it there while drinking the Heist brewery beers. Needless to say we had one drink and went and got pizza. One person in my group ordered a bloody mary and it says it comes with a vegetable garnish, which there was only a single lime on the rim, limes are not vegetables. When we inquired we got an “oh I don’t know, there were no garnish vegetables out” . When another had a hard time deciding on a beer , when asked about the flavor, the wait person could not tell and did not offer a sample just to be helpful, the customer finally asked for one. It was given so that was a plus. Customer service matters, collaborating for a common good means something in this day and age. Unfortunately I did not find any of these qualities here on the day visited, so two stars is all I can give.
