I absolutely adored spending 25 months of residency with the Outlook Golden Ridge...from the staff, to the amenities, to the residents - everything was above and beyond. What I am disappointed in with the property is that they had astronomical charges for move-out (even with a security deposit) for things such as changing the wall colors (not my problem), having COVID deep cleans (again, not my problem), as well as other absurd fallacies wherever they could apply them. I urge you to consider this before you move-in! Greystar reality - deal with your own problems. It's not like you didn't ravage my pockets enough each month of my tenancy.

This apartment community is beautiful! I love how quiet it is here, and nice its kept. The views are great from my apt, and the office staff has been so welcoming and helpful! Overall, I'm enjoying this experience at Outlook Golden! :)

Should be 0 stars. The place is nice and the people are great. Fantastic sense of community. Close to all of the great things in Golden. They incentivize residents to leave good reviews when they first move in to help sway the stats. I echo many of the positive reviews left by others because the good aspects are really good. But the negative aspects are significant and I would argue greatly outweigh the pros. The management is horrendous. They send emails out weekly threatening residents. They close down access to amenities and have security guards kick residents out of communal spaces. They used the security cameras to monitor and charge fees to residents but won’t use the footage to help with car break ins, thefts etc for the benefit of residents. The rate hikes were criminal when talking to other residents. There is no looking out for long time residents. I’ve never been charged any of my deposit in all of my previous leases. Outlook/Greystar kept it all and is charging me more. We took before and after pictures, deep cleaned and left it better than we found it at the end of our short term 4 month lease. They fail to answer phone calls, don’t return messages, etc. Same story from other past residents. Steer clear, you’ve been warned. If you do decide to live here take plenty of photos when you arrive and when you leave and prepare to be ignored with the hopes that you will give up on any and all hopes of getting your deposit back.

Office staff seems to be very nice. They do offer free coffee tea hot chocolate Etc, pool table and I'm not sure what you would call it but a place where you would put a cake if you're having a little get together which I thought is kind of cool. But there are a few residents that go into this Clubhouse that are extremely extremely rude. But I do got to say they have security that seems to do a very good job and do seem to handle these people decently well.

Yes, we are pet-friendly. We have dog park and pet washing station.
Well, pretty much anywhere they can. A few weeks ago (before the fire lanes came up) people were parking where you normally would never park, under the recommendation of management. Now, if you don't get a spot you can risk getting towed from the adjacent business parking lot, or park about a quarter mile down the street.
