The management is fantastic and so is maintenance! I moved from Ohio and was nervous never having seen the location but I really got lucky! I would highly recommend to anyone looking. I have been here a year and plan to sign for another year. 10 outta 10

I have moved from Canada during a pandemic. Looking for a place remotely was a challenge. There was a lot of to choose from based on pictures and features of available options. I took a recommendation from a colleague where I work and I am happy I did so. I was skeptical at what this apartment would be like because it didn't fit my ideal of an 'apartment'. I have to say upon first visit the apartment and property exceeded my expectations. The grounds and the apartment were far nicer than I had expected. The images I was sent when considering the apartment were nice, but did not do justice to the first impression when I was able to visit. I cannot say enough about the service that Tricia has provided during my slow process of attempting to move into the area for work. She has gone above and beyond what any property manager would do. This has been a great experience so far and I could not have been more pleased with the state of the property, apartment, or level of service at Lake of the Hills.

I've lived at Lake of the Hills Apartments more than 4 years. In my first year, I noticed many problems with management engagement, loud tenants, slow response to maintenance problems, lack of apartment updates and many more. Everything changed when the new manager was hired.  Trish is amazing. She has changed everything at Lake of the Hills. She has selected tenants that respect our homes and are happy to become part of a wonderful community. We don't have  problems with noisy tenants. The grounds are always beautiful. All my apartment rooms have been updated with  new carpet, cabinets, floors, paint, and  appliances. The maintenance guy Rudy is on top of all problems. He is very knowledgeable and can quickly take care of any problem. I've enjoyed living at Lake of the Hills since Trish has taken over.
