I personally had a great experience here. Sure, the buildings are a bit dated, and the windows for sure need to be replaced, and the furnace/ac unit was definitely in need of replacement, but for what I paid, I was happy. I had a quiet, Lakeview apartment that was so peaceful. I enjoyed looking out my bedroom window at the lake every morning with my coffee and the sunsets were amazing. So much wildlife! I only wish I was able to renew my lease! Unfortunately, I had to move out of state, or I would have most certainly renewed, even with the $100 increase. The maintenance man was always kind and prompt, I was shown a couple apartments and was able to choose which I liked. I never had an issue with parking, building neighbors were friendly (except the lady next to me who was nice at first then went literally nuts, not any fault of management), never had an issue with paying rent, they always asked me how things were going, if there were any issues, etc. I read the reviews on here and I can understand why some people would be upset, but my personal experience was nothing but great and If I ever move back to Michigan, I'll be coming here to rent again.

The absolute worst complex I’ve ever lived in, I have two children I never had one formal complaint given to me and they will not re-sign my lease, They told me I have too many vehicles, I have 2 with license plates and insurance, I live on a third floor and paid $900 a month everyone else in the building pays less than me, I was approved and received CERA funding for rent during Covid, they are making me leave and not letting me resign even though I’m a single dad. I Hope the non English speaking owners and the manager Jessica rot in hell

My experience is identical to Kay Kriss, asked for a studio she lied and said she had one. We get there and it’s a one bedroom a lot more than the studio. Asked how much the down payment would be and she says just first months rent, 2days later and the amount required is now several different amounts that add up to 2000. I bring in the 4different cks in the required amounts and even though there is a huge sign that says cks and money orders she says they only take money orders. I took time of work because she only works 10-6 and then she says she only takes money orders?!? This woman is a lying bait and switch slum lord DO NOT RENT from here

The emergency maintenance number is the same as the office number. (517) 339-3303 and we do indeed answer the calls. Maintenance will respond to emergencies after hours.
