Yes it is! But there are areas where dogs are not allowed. There is a section along the water at the far end from the parking lot where dogs can play in the water. They aren't allowed on the beach. There are signs and staff should be able to point you in the right direction.

Dogs 🐕 aren't supposed to be there on the beach, however I have seen them there, I would use caution if you decide to bring yours, on a leash I would say it would be safe, but I would ask the park before you attempt it,
Dogs not on the grass near the beach section nor the sand or water by the swimming section.
Dogs on a leash are welcome.
