I went to two different MetroPCS Stores and the employees were not able to help me. Terrible customer service. Today I came to the Aramingo Store and Mr Victor Burgos gave me an excellent service. thank you Mr. Victor burgos. You need m like him.

I go to the Metro on Aramingo Ave.. Cheltenham...& on The Avenue ( Temple Campus )...there was never a time that I ever experienced bad customer service...ever

Also the shop on Torresdale btw knorr and longshore... They are great with customer's.. I was at the shop one day to put a bigger gig in my phone and the sales person helped put all my phone numbers pictures and voice mails that i wanted saved... They took the time to make sure i knew how to save the things i wanted myself.. Great staff..
