Wow I was so happy with the service I got. Tanya was so helpful. I'm 34 and I'm getting old and I am technologically compromised and lacking / challenged. I was shown all the products by Tanya she helped me hone in on a phone the truly met my needs. She was so patient and despite me being a difficult customer she stood her ground as a customer service rep and did a splendid job. I'm a little slow so even though I asked the same questions multiple times she stayed Profesional and was still able to help me. Also it was very pleasant she was friendly. I'm so glad I chose this metro store and I'm glad I was helped by Tanya. I would recommend this location to anyone. Kudos.

Not a good experience at all. They say there going to fix a problem and make your phone worse. My husband is still getting my messages. Horrible service

No it's not but the one further down between Rite-aid and Fine Wine is. It's also in a strip mall.
