I've been with you right before Michael Jackson Die in June of 2009. And was with you when there was no service not even 10miles from me. I stuck in their with you and was a loyal customer. And now you merge with tmobile and my bill goes up why?

My guess is that companies merge and then prices change because of their need for profits. I agree that their prices should be competitive and fair, so that customers can have a good deal. Price plans depend on what features customers want in a plan.
