I called there and spoke to Carolyn. I asked her about adding a new line and the costs. She said she can do that with 30$ . I have asked her if there are activation fee or other hidden fee and she responded negatively. I drove 30mn there and when I spoke to her she told me that I have to pay activation fees......I told her that I have just talked to you on the phone and you said there are no other fees.....she started raising her voice and her body language was like she wanted to fight....she was rude and unprofessional without forgetting that she lied and likes manipulation. Never again.

My family wanted to add a new phone line and went to this store location. We called the customer service line over the phone and they offered a different plan from the one offered in store. The customer service over the phone was not helpful at all, but the store representative in store named Marta made sure that we got the best plan and service. She was extremely patient with us and guided us through the whole process. Definitely recommend this location!
