Don’t like the service told them something was wrong with my Wi-Fi box when all they had to was switch the box after I been speaking to customer service for four days n they didn’t say anything about me upgrading my plan or anything else I was told to swap Wi-Fi boxes that’s all they are a rip off

I go to the Metro on Aramingo Ave.. Cheltenham...& on The Avenue ( Temple Campus )...there was never a time that I ever experienced bad customer service...ever

Or you can get an upgrade with metro. Every 3 months a customer is eligible for upgrade. So go into a corporate metro store and what they cam do for you
