I’ve never had an issue with this location until recently. I walked in and told the staff member that I barely had any bars, my phone calls go in & out, and a number of issues regarding my service. She immediately said I can’t help you. I explained to her last time the staff was able to help me & resolve the problem. She said she couldnt & that Cricket’s overall service has been going downhill. She never even asked for my information to pull up my account.

They don't do ANYTHING at any of the stores! They barely know the bare minimal when it comes to the phones they sell. Employees are real quick to either sit you down on a phone for you to do your insurance claim & pray if you have a question cause they will not know the answer. EVERYTHING is call customer service. 12 years I've been with cricket and between the extra $40 more for bridge pay with 3 lines or their automated system isn't accepting cards and your stuck paying the reactivation fee for their systems mistake! RUN TO ANOTHER PROVIDER👍
