I had a hard time deciding what phone/color I wanted to go with and Q was super patient! We had some issues activating a new phone where he had to call customer service. It was the end of this day and I know he wanted to go home but he made sure I had a phone to go home with that worked! He was very apologetic and helpful throughout the process. Great experience!

Horrible service just walked in the rain to try and get help with trading in my phone since I ordered the new iPhone online and the one guy that was working there, he looked young and had curly hair refused to help me and had an attitude thanks for nothing

Q did an amazing job helping me get set up on the last 14 pro in stock. he helped me transfer my old phone to the new phone while also addressing other customers, making sure everyone’s questions were answered and needs were met. he did a good job handling a busy store and mitigating customer disappointment that there were no more 14 pros in stock. this was one of the most thorough and helpful experiences that I’ve had in a retail location in a long time. Q made sure all of my questions were answered, and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he was relaying to me. leaving this review is the first thing I’m using the new phone for, grateful for the help, thank you
