It's a public service. I don't know what criteria they use to decide if you do or don't qualify. I just answered their questions honestly. You should go down there and see if you qualify.
Take in B.C. for everyone,social security cards,proof of income, bank statements for 3 months, 1 piece of mail with your address on it, I think that is all.
