No. This building ALTA LIC has strong and persisting cigarette odor in unit. I'm a current resident. I filed the complaint with management office and I've been communicating with them back and forth for over a month about this issue. As of now, no effective action has been taken. I've developed serious nasal problem because of the heavy cigarette odor. I'm not the only one in building having such problem.
The building itself should be smoke free. Tenants are not allowed to smoke in unit. File complaints with management whenever you smell smoke. They did act on it when several tenants on our floor noticed strong cigarette smoke smells. The odors stopped after those complaints. Hopefully your experience is the same.
