They don’t welcome Chinese!! I don’t live here, guess why I review here? Eagle Loft, which is also managed by Rockrose, has closed Google Review, because rate was only 2.9. They make up excuses to charge your deposit as they can. The ceiling in the kitchen had 5sq oil stains, and they charge $200 basic cleaning + $200 for the 5sq repainting. Regardless of how much they charge, their vent is so bad, that’s the root cause. Besides, I’m Chinese, isn’t oil on ceiling normal for daily cooking? Otherwise, do they really welcome Chinese?

Junk apartment with poor service! Your front desk treats residents like a pug, and treats visitors like a police officer! Visitors are not criminals, and they need to be respected, okay? If you are so guarded against guests, then write a clause at the entrance of the entire building, saying that guests are refused, and guests are only received in the reception room! We don't want to go in either! Garbage service!
