The new management is terrible. This was a great place to live prior to 2021 when they took over. Major increase in rent with no improvement to building. A lot of homeless people around the neighborhood. The walls are filthy and haven’t been painted in a while. Also good luck trying to get in touch w the leasing office for any questions.

All positive reviews you're seeing here were written BEFORE Stonehenge took over the building as a management company in 2022. They treat tenants horribly and the building is a complete mess now. They do not disclose important information during lease signing and can take away your balcony/terrace access at any time without warning or compensation. Do not move in here as long as Stonehenge is still in charge.

Very unhappy with management. Was up for lease renewal and was not notified in a timely manner that I would be unable to use my terrace space due to construction. My terrace space is half of my apartment square footage and was not offered any concessions. Additionally staff turnover has been high, recently lost my favorite doorwoman. You will not be able to use your balcony or terrace if you move here starting July 2022.
