Great place to live you have all types of food, 15mins away from everything if you drive(city,downtown,beach,any where in bk when no traffic lol)

Pleasant place to live. People are generally friendly. Close to transportation, public markets and grocery stores. As an added bonus the Waterfront is not far away. A diverse population.

You have to wait till they make an announcement about a public lottery in the newspaper. Then you have to apply. They may pick your application. Or they may not. There is an application fee.

Do I need an application for an apartment I being wanted to rent an apartment for a very long time can I get two applications I have been interested on this apartments for a very long time the other application is for my sister.

Getting an application is extremely difficult to get. First of all they're co-OPs and even to get an application you have to go through a huge process. Only way is to watch for ads in the newspapers then send in a refundable money order. Then it's the lottery if you even get an application. Afterwards its like the lottery, if they pick you they'll send it if not you'll get your money back and the rejection letteR
