I lived here for 3 years and moved in when the building first opened in 2017. Issues included multiple heat/hot water outages, soundproofing in units was non existent, and management was extremely hard to get a hold of for repairs. If you're moving here- record everything. I had to film my move out inspection to ensure I got my deposit back (the super warned me about management withholding security deposits over nothing).

Property managers are aggressive and rude see for yourself.

This apartment is the worst apartment I ever lived in. I had to finish the contracted one year lease and moved out as soon as I can. It was nightmare for my whole family to live here for a year. The apartment is close to the street. Very noisy. My children can not fall into sleep until midnight. Very strong cigarette/marijuana smell in the weekend. I am afraid that would adversely affect my children's health. The management is the worst in the world. If you need their help, you called them and emailed them again and again. Nobody reply you. Also, they are so hungry for money. They never returned your deposit after you moved out. For the laundry, there were a lot of people from outside to do their laundry here. You had to come down again and again to check if any laundry machine available. It wasted a lot of time. If you planned to move in here, please read the bad reviews. They are all true!!!

I am planning to apply for the equestrian and I need an unbiased and honest answer to the issues I’m the other emails - I do not want to take something with out honesty and feedback as provided in these reviews

If they did, it would be the safe, quiet, & smoke-free building that they boast about.
No.
No. They only have up to 2 bedroom apartments.
No. This is an affordable luxury apartment building. I've lived, worked, & have several friends in the neighborhood for almost 20 years all together. There are no buildings that accept rent vouchers in this neighborhood. This is a quiet residential area. Everything here are either private, houses, affordable luxury buildings, co-ops, condos, or residence housing for medical students. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll find anything in this area that meets your needs. Good luck.
No one from the office answers questions, but if you want honest answers then you ask the residents or those who live in the neighborhood. They will tell you the truth.
I don’t understand why they wouldn’t accept vouchers after all it is a form of payment and what they’re doing is discrimination.
I don't think there are any available. As soon as someone moves out, another tenant moves in, which unfortunately happens quite often. They go very quickly.
