Is it difficult being that close to the train? Do you hear it a lot?

The windows and walls are pretty well set up. We're higher up, and can hear the trains - but it's no where near the noise level outside the building. The gym is nearly eye level with the tracks and it's not much of an issue there. I think they took sound mitigation into mind when building the units facing the tracks.

I personally don't hear it at all being on a lower floor. But I am in a room towards the inside of the building.
